1. Eligible for Exchange if
- Item is unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- Customer has proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)
- Request is raised within the exchange window
2. Not Eligible for Exchange
- Worn, washed, or dry-cleaned items
- Sale / discounted items marked as final sale
- Items where the original tags have been removed
- Custom stitched or altered pieces
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
3. Exchange Options available to the customer
- Different size of the same style
- Different colour of the same style (subject to stock availability)
- If neither is available → store credit issued (valid for 30 days)
4. How it works in Pakistan specifically
- Customer contacts support via WhatsApp/call/email with order number and photo of the item
- Brand confirms eligibility and issues an Exchange Authorisation
- Customer ships the item back via TCS / Leopards / M&P at their own cost
- If exchange is due to a wrong or defective item dispatched by Abya, reverse courier is covered by the brand
- New item dispatched within 2–3 business days of receiving the return
No Cash Refunds — this is standard practice for most Pakistani fashion brands. Store credit or size/colour swap only.
